Cancelation Policies Cancellations made within 3 days of booking are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received after 3 days of booking will forfeit entire deposit. Cancellations received within 45 days of arrival (75 days of arrival for holiday and festival dates) is non-refundable, unless property is rebooked, in which case all monies will be returned less a $150.00 booking fee. Minimum stays may be required during some periods. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your holiday investment, in the unlikely event your travel plans are interrupted.
