The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. The 36-acre hillside location provides privacy and spectacular views of the Steamboat ski area and Yampa Valley, yet is only minutes from all the action. A complimentary winter shuttle service is available to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs in minutes. On property there is a fitness center, saunas, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs and four outdoor tennis courts. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. In lieu of a $250 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of $5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD $29.00. Please be advised that The Ranch Condominium Association has adopted a policy of not allowing sports teams or players to stay at The Ranch at Steamboat. We apologize for any inconvenience. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 2 bedroom - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom USD 50.00, 4 bedroom USD 65.00 Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. After hours check-in is at the Mountain Resorts Office at 2150 Resort Drive, Steamboat Springs, CO. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway.
