These affordable condominiums are only a few blocks from the Steamboat Ski Area. The Rockies Condominiums have a reputation not only as a familiar landmark for family vacations, but as the best lodging value in all the Yampa Valley. Featuring studio plus loft, one bedrooms, two bedrooms and two bedroom plus loft condos, the Rockies offers a unit style to suit your needs. Our studio rates are comparable to hotels that are located further away from the slopes but you have the luxury of a living room, balcony and kitchen. We have the complimentary City Ski Shuttle stop at the property every 20 minutes. Vacationers love the self catering apartments with fully equipped kitchen plus all the linens and towels that make them feel right at home without being in a cramped hotel room. The Rockies Condominiums are within walking distance to the Ski Time Square, the indoor Tennis Center year round and Strings Music Pavilion in the Summer. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. In lieu of a $250 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of $5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD $29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - studio w/loft, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom w/ loft - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom w/ loft - USD 35.00. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. If arriving after hours please check-in at the Mountain Resorts office located at 2145 Resort Dr., Steamboat Springs.
