Three-bedroom to seven-bedroom homes in a variety of locations throughout Steamboat, and any one of them can be headquarters for your next ski vacation. Entertain, share with friends and family, or just enjoy the best vacation of your life- in your own Steamboat home. Our private homes vary in amenities and configuration, so check at the time of reservation to make sure you get the home that best suits your needs. When we say make yourself at home in Steamboat, we really mean it. A pet fee of USD 100.00 per pet will be collected for all private homes. Check-in and check-out at the Pioneer Ridge Office located at 675 Snapdragon Way in Steamboat Springs. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check-in time is after 4pm. Check-out is 10am. We try to have units ready by 4pm, but there may be delays. No refunds given for delays. Check-in at the Pioneer Ridge Office- 675 Snapdragon Way. Pick up phone by the door to speak with security. Security will take a manual imprint of a credit card and provide the guest with an arrival packet including maps and check-in information.
