Stay at the Ski Trail Condominiums and access to the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Area is easy via an access trail from the parking area. At days end, ski right down to a large outdoor hot tub to soothe your body. Year after year, skiers keep flocking to Ski Trail, hands down the best ski lodging value in Steamboat. Ski Trail Condominiums is one of the very few economy ski-in/ski-outs at the Steamboat Ski Area. Ski Trail features one bedroom/one bath, two bedroom/two bath and three Bedroom/two bath units. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. In lieu of a $250 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of $5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD $29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 1 bedroom - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom USD 50.00 Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. If arriving after hours please check-in at Mountain Resorts Office located at 2145 Resort Dr. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway.
