Ferringway Condominiums is located one and 1/2 miles from the heart of Downtown Durango. The complex has 50 units situated on four acres with a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, clubhouse and sauna. Gas grills are available for use in the pool area. Each condominium is individually owned and decorated. Each offers a deck, wood burning fireplace and full kitchen with all of the pots and pans, dishes and glassware provided. All have washers and dryers. The bed types vary in each unit. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in time is 4pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 11am. The office on site is open until 5pm. Call day of arrival to see if early arrival is available. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Arrival packets will be at Managers unit after 5pm. Instructions directing guest to Managers unit are posted on the office door. Durango is located at 6,500 ft. elevation in the heart of the Four Corners and home to the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railway. Purgatory Ski area at Durango Mountain is just 25 miles.
